We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products and develop strong customer relationships across the Eastern region of Lebanon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular field visits, developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
Promote and present the company’s pharmaceutical products professionally.
Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Negotiate with customers and support the successful closing of sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain effective territory coverage and visit plans.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Gather market feedback and communicate relevant information to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales and field activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in outdoor or field sales is preferred.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is considered a strong advantage.
Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional client relationships.
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented personality.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory.
Willingness to travel regularly and work extensively in the field across East Lebanon.
Ability to identify new customers and business opportunities.
Good time-management and territory-planning skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
Valid driving license and own transportation are considered an advantage.
Good command of Arabic and English is preferred.
